Coordinator-Junior Lifeguard Program
     
    Kevin introduced the Club to a fabulous summer youth program that has been in operation for the past six years, three years of which with support from our Club's Charitable Giving grants to fund free transportation for Santa Maria youth to Oceano Beach.  
The program's motto, "Sharing the STOKE
and LOVE of the ocean" was obviously a heart felt sentiment shared by Kevin who appears to have just about been raised in the ocean.  In addition to an excellent Power Point presentation detailing how the Program benefits participating kids, Kevin shared a number of stories about his own lifeguard and
water sports experiences.

EXEMPTION BADGE
     In Fred Donati's absence, Yvonne Biely delivered an informative presentation detailing the "Stand Down 2018" activities from this last weekend.  Over 100 volunteers from 75 service agencies provided a number of services on site to dozens of worthy vets.

FINES AND BRAGS
Birthdays Yvonne Biely was treated to Japanese food for her birthday celebration and John Henning spent a thrilling day in the Atlanta airport.  BOTH were happy to "ding" their table-mates for the Birthday Fines.  
Club AnniversaryKen Dally surpassed his 18th year in Rotary, combined Santa Maria and past club and paid $20.
Wedding AnniversaryTom Ross 29th Anniversary AND his daughter recently was MARRIED!  He paid $30 for the Anniversary and another $20 for the wedding.  
Brags:  Tom Martinez The Boys and Girls Club raised $91,000 at their annual Celebrity Waiter Night...Hhhhmmmm.  Tom popped for $20 in payment for his Brag.
Scott Dunn - Paid $100 in acknowledgement of his wonderful marriage to Lynnette!  Nice job Scott!!!!
Jim Talbott - described his "small world" experience running into Ezra Lyons II, son of a past Noontime Rotarian and Past President/Past Induction Host IN THE RED ONION BAR IN SKAGWAY ALASKA!!!  Jim's experience was worth $20.
