GUEST SPEAKER
Bob Frias welcomed our Guest Speaker
DR. LESLIE KASANOFF
The Club was assured that Dr. Kasanoff would dispel many of the fears and misconceptions of the Health & Wellness environment, and she lived up to that expectation with a very interesting presentation.
Paramount in what should be our personal goals for our sustained health, Dr. Leslie suggested working toward LIFETIME MOBILITY & BRAIN HEALTH!  To accomplish this Dr. Leslie suggested a number of EXERCISE, ACTIVITIES, and DIETARY solutions.  In addition, according to Dr. Kasanoff, DID YA KNOW...
*  25% of Americans over 65 years of age will suffer a FALL!
*  Every 19 minutes a senior DIES from injuries sustained in a FALL!
*  Without EXERCISE, adults loose 1% of muscle mass EACH YEAR after age 30!
*  Medical errors are the 3rd leading cause of death!

Bob Frias and Scott Dunn--->You guys did another great job securing this speaker!!
