I spoke with Andrew's wife this morning and she and her daughters are staying with family out of town, while they work through their grief.
Teri is planning to have a celebration of life at a later date and will keep us informed. Right now she would like us all to put together our thoughts and memories of Andrew to share at a later time.
You may have seen the following post already from Lisa Long:
"Hello everyone - friends of Andrew. Andrew's wife, Teri, has told me that she's not really ready to receive things like food or flowers yet. The tentative plan is to have a Celebration of Life, but she simply isn't ready to put it all together yet. She has asked for us to write stories, regardless of length, and email them to her. She would like to collect them into a scrapbook for their daughters. Please take some time to make this effort.and keep their family in your thoughts and prayers. So it seems that she is also ok with written messages at this time, to her email.
